Exchange and return policy

1- Exchange : You have thirty (30) days from the date you receive any item to apply for exchange. Provided that the product, product carton, and all its accessories are intact. After verification, the product will be shipped within 14 working days, and the store will bear the shipping cost.

2- Retrieval : You have seven (7) working days from the date of your receipt of any item to request a return if the item is defective or does not work properly or even does not match the website description of the product, and the customer will be refunded the price of the item in addition to the shipping cost upon purchase, provided that Product carton, and all its accessories intact.

3- Refunds : All refunds are transferred within 14 working days from the date of refund.
